What you agree to when you use Ready App, and what we owe you in return. Short on purpose; we'll grow it as the product moves out of beta.
You need an account to publish anything. You're responsible for what you publish under your account — the apps you list, the screenshots and copy you upload, the privacy policies you generate, and any data you collect via contact forms or webhooks.
Don't use Ready App to host malware, run phishing pages, infringe someone else's IP, or impersonate apps you don't own. We may suspend accounts that do, and we reserve the right to remove content we believe violates these terms or applicable law.
Free, Solo, Studio, and Factory tiers as listed on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. Cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current period. Refunds at our discretion within seven days of a charge.
What you upload belongs to you. We need a limited license to host and serve it — that's how published pages work. Delete the content or the account and that license ends.
Ready App is in public beta and provided as-is. We try hard to keep it up and to ship features that work, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability is capped at fees you've paid in the prior twelve months.
These terms will evolve as the product does. Material changes will be announced via email and reflected on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
