We're shipping Ready App in public beta and intentionally keep this short while we grow. The summary below is what we actually do today — not aspirational legalese. A formal policy follows as we move out of beta.
Account details you provide at sign-up (email, username, display name) via Clerk, and the content you create in the product — studios, apps, screenshots, copy, settings. Anonymous usage events: page views and store-link clicks on your published pages, contact-form submissions sent to you, basic request metadata (timestamp, user agent, referrer). No third-party analytics scripts run on your customers' published pages.
To run the product: serve your published pages, route contact submissions, render analytics in your dashboard, send transactional email about your account and billing. We do not sell your data or your visitors' data, and we do not use it to train models.
Convex (database, file storage), Clerk (authentication), Vercel (hosting, edge config), LemonSqueezy (payments — the merchant of record for subscriptions, who handles billing details we never see). We add or change subprocessors as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page.
Export or delete your account at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. Deletion cascades through studios, apps, contact submissions, and analytics; backups age out within 30 days.
